Fangsuke 1: lets user grow teeth
rank:genin

Fangsuke 2: lets user grow paws 5% more speed
rank: chuunin

Fangsuke 3: lets user grow tail and body 20% more speed
rank:joinin

Fangsuke 4: lets user become half wolf state 50% more speed
rank:kage

Fangsuke 5: lets user become full state but wears off fast
rank:admin

Fangsuke Final state: user becomes full state and will have 100% more speed and uses all 90% of chakra

why did you change your mind? i think we should not use the inuzuka clan switch it with the fangsuke

very well.. but as you do your transformation you will no longer be able to use any jutsus side effect of the transformation.. also as you transform you loose rational thought attacking anyone in the vincinity friend or foe... and go read your pm quick
