yeah its like kage bunshin but at a weaker level only at 1/10 the users strength and it has to stay near water...

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Doppelganger)-Chuunin
Creates one or more identical copies of the user out of water. More similar to Kage Bunshin than to a normal Bunshin, these clones are capable of attacking, except each clone's strength is only one-tenth that of the user. Also, the clones can only be controlled within a certain radius of the user

but its a chuunin move and you already know a chuunin move

i would sugguest that you also join the sare clan and gain their bloodline because the mangoria clan doesnt have a bloodline... but we can work on your water summoning if you get into the sare clan and we can also work on your mangoria clan jutsu as well"
