"yes its a water elemental jutsu... now hold your arms over your head and extend your hands out so your palms are facing upward... and extend your fingers.. now focus your chakra out of your palms while using a small amount of chakra through your fingers you can force the shurriken to rotate once its formed... the more chakra in either aspect and the larger the shurriken or faster the rotation.. remember its a fine balance in speed and power... the larger it is the stronger but it wont be as accurate or maybe it wont even hit the target cause of its speed... while fast rotations on a smaller shurriken will practically guarentee a hit, it will lack in power... also focus on absorbing the surrounding moister to add to this jutsu... this jutsu is extremely powerful because it incoorporates both shape manipulation and an added elemental to the jutsu... ready to try it shima"

*i seperate my arms evenly and pull them down, as i bring them down i start to pull my right arm back keeping my palm open and extended and bend my left arm inorder to counter act teh weight then i launch it slinging my right arm foward rotating my fingers inward as i release it across my body and as it flies parralell to the ground it starts to rotate slowly and flip as it carves a path through the eath then it explodes in four directions

*Seperates left and right arms evenly then pull them down,while bringin' them down I begin to pull my right armback keepin' my palms widely opened,then extended and bend my left arm to counteract the weight of it,Then I shoot it,slinging my right arm forward rotating my 5 fingers inward as I release it across my body(W00T),and it flies parallel to the ground and it starts to spins slowly and flip as it carves a road through the ground and then "Booms" in 4 directions*

"alright now your getting it... take note of this.. the way that you release your water current shurriken will determine its flight path for example if you flick your wrist upward as you release it.. itll ride parallel then fly skyward and if you pull across your body itll sling left and then vice versa for if you were to pull from your left to right it would go that way... also since water trumps fire in the elemental cycle this move can slice through a great fireball justu no problem if the shurriken starts off large enough"
