Wind Swirl: emits a wind barrier around the user... flows from the ground up and rotates in a circular pattern around the user... forces taijutsu moves to be repelled vaunerable from attacks from above.. as then rank increases so does the speed of the swirl as well as the area in which it surrounds the user eventually closing off the weakpoint above..

yes and you can go into the taijutsu and genjutsu and create up to 3 per weak... im going to use mine this week to create jutsus for you.. this is 1.

"wind, healing, or non-elemental.... keep in mind that the strongest jutstu combine emental with shape manipulation... so if its neither then it wont reach its maximum potential"

Kaze no Yaiba (Blade of Wind)-Chuunin
Name: Kaze no Yaiba, literally "Blade of Wind"
Type: A-rank, Offensive, Short to mid-range

This Jutsu creates a blade out of wind which, being wind, makes it impossible to block. However, this Jutsu requires no tool.

this move is extremly powerful and demands a lot of chakra control..

hahahha suki... jutsu registration is only for new jutsus that you create.. im already teaching you the wind blade thus you dont have to register it down

Wind jutsu.

Wind walk : Perform blinding speed in a moment and unlimited range. But it won't last long. As the rank grow the performance will be faster and last longer.
